Preparation

This week is a preparation week! Before we jump into the Proclamation, we wanted to give you a week to study the General Conference talk the Proclamation came from! We will begin with the Sunday morning talk, Hear Him. .

Each week the Thursday slides will go as follows:

1. QUOTE: A quote from General Conference. 

2. READING: The line from the proclamation we are studying that week, a scripture reading assignment, and one Conference talk. 

3. PHRASES to study from that weeks reading. 

4. WORDS to ponder. 

5. One QUESTION to consider. .

This study is not meant to overwhelm!! If you only have time that week to just read and think about the one line from the Proclamation, that’s fantastic! Maybe you will read the verses and the conference talk. Great!! You might only have time to ponder one phrase or pick one word. That’s perfect! Maybe you just quickly read through the five slides and consider the question at the end. Awesome! You do what works for you each week. As little or as much as you want. The last study helped us recognize that even five minutes once a week will make a significant difference at the end of the study. Go at your best pace!!
